Office Manager - Basra branch

Major Responsibilities

  • Manage loan disbursement process and  ensuring that clients understand the loan contract, payment procedures, and responsibilities. Also, ensure that collateral is secured
  • Prepare disbursement reports
  • Collect and submit timesheets, leave forms, loaned property forms etc., from all Vitas branch employees
  • Oversee drivers, receptionists, and other administrative staff
  • Collect bank statements and other financial reports from the bank
  • Follow up with bank Branch Manager on errors in bank statements
  • Review paid vouchers to ensure that the information is complete before sending them to the main office
  • Coordinate and cooperate with Vitas finance, HR, procurement and back-office departments and staff
  • Manage petty cash transactions

Data Entry - Hashimiya branch

Major Responsibilities

  • Enter client and loan data into loan tracking software in a timely manner
  • Review entries for inaccuracies and correct to ensure data is free of errors
  • Help develop and disburse loan tracking reports
  • Assist in developing and testing database and automating Vitas work
  • Perform any other task as required to assist in the smooth operations of CHF VITAS

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • The applicant should possess a good reputation and has no criminal record
  • Minimum high school degree or plus is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience

Credit Assistant - Wehda branch

Major Responsibilities

  • Read loan contracts with clients and discuss loan disbursal and payment process.
  • Assist in collecting and reviewing client payment vouchers from the bank.
  • Assist in scheduling client meetings to disburse loans as needed.
  • Assist Office Manager in coordinating documents delivery to/from Back Office. 
  • Filing and maintaining forms and files.

Major Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the Loan Officers' activities
  • Assist in developing and implementing onsite marketing strategies for Vitas Iraq products
  • Train Loan Officers on technical and administrative work
  • Maintain high portfolio quality in his/her area
  • Assist Loan Officers in achieving targets
  • Visit clients
  • Review loan applications for completion, accuracy, eligibility, and repayment capacity
  • Provide final recommendation on loan amount, term and guarantee

Loan Officer - All Branches

Main Responsibilities

  • Promote and market VITAS products
  • Manage the application and approval process for assigned area.
  • Complete the loan application at the applicant and guarantor’s workplace and/or home which ever applies.
  • Conduct necessary assessment of the business and business owners/home owners.
  • Ensure prompt submission of application documents, and loan disbursement and repayment.
  • Provide periodic portfolio information.
  • Contact clients and guarantors on loan approval/denial, additional information needed on pending applications, and for loan disbursal meeting.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor degree preferred
