Nofal is a 40-year-old, strong-willed man, married and helping three members of his family. He owns a shop that sells glass in the Indian market, his shop was simple and small, but due to his high ambition and his desire to improve his situation, he applied to borrow from CHF Vitas Iraq. He obtained seven loans that enabled him to expand his shop and change his business strategy from retail to wholesale and retail, which leads to a noticeable increase his income and profits.
